How can I remove over spray from...

Recommended Posts

try some meths on a rag first, perhaps T-cut if meths isn't strong enough, but don't use a fine sandpaper you'll leave the plastic scratched forever.

i got a load off my car using clay bar, not sure what type of paint it was, but someone had sprayed something orange next to my car and covered the rear end in loads of tiny spots of orange paint

luckily i had lots of wax on car so didn't really bond on or anything, came off reasonanly easy

Try cellulose thinners mate but I would steer clear of wet and dry (suppose micro fine would be ok with lots of T cutting of the lenses afterwards) Dont leave the thinners on, dip a cloth in it and rub quite hard, leaving the thinners on may melt the plastic lenses. Hope that helps? or you can have my rear lamps when I convert to smoked next month?

Another idea! Try a plastic scourer, much less likey to scratch the plastic!
