rover cover and inlet manifold gaskets??

Does anyone know where i can get a set of fairly cheap rover cover and inlet manifold gaskets for a 2l 16v? and how much i should expect to pay for them plus labour?!

I'm sure I've had both inlet gaskets (42mm) from GSF before, rocker cover ones are just as good(or bad, rubbish design) as the FEBI or OEM ones, I've tried all 3.
