J a m e s 0 Posted December 5, 2003 1. i get a kinda whistling firework noise after flooringit , then letting of the accelerator (not when accerlerating) any ideas? 2. i have a scorpion full system that gets really, really hot, as in its burnt the middle box black! 3. the scorpion seems to be alive, as one day it is flush with the bumper and the next it is about an inch and half out the rear bumper. any replies as greatful, thanks :D Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
GazzaG60 0 Posted December 5, 2003 if it whistles as the pressure builds up you probly got a boost leak. it will whisly on throttle close as the air rushes back through the charger and out of the filter. a cone makes this louder. soundsa like the pipe aint fixed right. mine never moves. check yer engine mounts to make sure they are ok. you dont want a broken pipe now.
