Replacement for the Saab Aero

Looks like we now have some interest in the Saab after a big price drop - £2600 for a lovely condition. leathered 9-5 230PS Aero estate is stupidly cheap.

 

Sarah would like a Golf VR6 but I'm wondering what sort of Corrado VR6 I'd get for about 3k, seem to have a decent handle of valver and G60 values but admit to being a bit lost when it comes to VR's.

It certainly seems that the gap between 16v, G60 and VR6 pricing has narrowed significantly over the last couple of years. I would fully expect to be able to pick up a lovely example of a Corrado VR6 for 3k in the current maket. It just depends if mileage is an issue or not.

if you fancied a project vince said yesterday he'd let the storm he inherited go for £2.5k, needs some tlc but you'd manage that i'm sure Andy :)

mine cost me £2995 and thats fsh 135k, chains done, pretty much everything :) and they have come down since then
