heater matrix

hi i bought my c knowing that i needed to change the heater matrix as it has been bypassed, im a novice at this sort of thingso my mate said he would do it for me its been 2 months since he said that and he keeps putting it off so iv'e finally decided to just have a crack at it myself. i know its behind the dash somewhere but do i need to take the whole dash out to change it or can i just remove the centre console and get it from there?

 

any help/advice would be great cheers :)

Hi Mate, Take a look at the Knowledge base on the front page as there is a how to guide on the job in question. i will be doing it too someday using the same guide as it looks pretty self explanetory? I think the hard part is removing some of the dash board bits.

thanks i think removing the dash is going to be easy its the putting it back together im worried about
