torques for cross member to rad support bolts

Hi guys,

 

Going through both the bentley and mk2 haynes and can't find these panels mentioned under suspension, chassis or bodywork!

 

If someone can let me know what torque the bolts which hold the two together (not to the car) are, I'd be much obliged.
