k511fhe 0 Posted January 9, 2009 hi all just had a wicked result got myself a complete leather interior out a golf mk4 vr6.can i use the door cards, rear bench ect. got till monday to strip it out before it goes to scrap yard. will it be easy to fit? do i need the runners/subframes? or just the seats? thanks dave
__Andy__ 0 Posted January 9, 2009 the seats will need to be mounted to corrado subframes, as for the rear bench i think its highly unlikely to fit , it will prob be wider then a corrado bench as it has three seats and not two like the rado. rear door cards are probably a no too, i may be wrong. but then again, ''impossible is nothing'' with enough modification and playing about you may get them to fit, but as for a direct fit id say no... KADVR6 0 Posted January 9, 2009 the front and rear seats will fit with some serious modding, but you have zero chance of getting the doorcards to fit, its a bit like square peg and round hole. also make sure the golf is a 3 door otherwise you wont be able to tilt the seats forward, and thats an MOT failure there.
