Niall16v 0 Posted January 15, 2009 Hi there ,I used to have a 2.0 16v raddo and i fitted a four branch which i got from ebay , it was easy fitted but only down side was i had to bore a hole and thread the o2 sensor. it made a great difference and far better throttle response. the four branch was £160 if i can remeber correctly . hope this helps
davidwort 0 Posted January 15, 2009 the golf2 16v/jetta and passat 16v as well as the Corrado 1.8 and 2L 16v all use essentially the same manifold, with the 9A cars using a different shorter downpipe with no integral silencer as they use KE jetronic with lambda needing a probe fitment (as mentioned), they also have a cat instead of the integral silencer. but don't discount porting and polishing a standard 16v cast iron exhaust manifold, that can give good results and you are assured of no heat/noise/cracking problems associated with some stainless all in one downpipe and manifolds. flusted 0 Posted January 16, 2009 get a 1.8 golf mk2 16v 4 branch from TSR you wont need a lambda if using the kr injection
