Cooling Fan and fan heater control

Hi.

 

My coolingfan in the enginebay starts as soon as i change the heater controller inside the car to any other setting than body and feets.

 

I dont know whats wrong? But i notice that the heater control doesnt work until i move the leaver for the fan speed to 4... its crazy! :cuckoo:

 

Any body understands the problem?
