Problem!!

Firstly my wipers made two passes quite slow then went back to normal speed, then my power steering cut out momenterily :shrug: seems fine now i was just a bit puzzled

I'm guessing it was raining heavily, and you probably had your lights, radio and heater blower on?

 

time to tighten/replace your alternator and P/S belt/s.... ;)

there's your problem then... the water made the aux belts loose grip on the pulley for the alternator and the PS pump (the two hardest to turn pulleys) so you lost charging power and power steering...

 

Check the condition of your belts and the tightness of 'em too...

 

At least it's a simple one to fix... 8)
