Jim Bowen 1 Posted June 28, 2009 we have some samples at work once. looked alright i guess, but wasn't much more than a big square plastic jigsaw piece. What sort of condition/build-up is your garage floor?
shawshankkid 1 Posted June 28, 2009 fairly even floor but the floor paint always wears off where the tyres sit and it's forever peeling off in places, quite big too 17x10 ft. just looks a good solution to me,10 year warranty too.
aide 0 Posted June 28, 2009 i wouldn't bother tiling personally, a coloured self leveling grout, resin or thermplastic single pour floor would be better if you do tile make sure the tiles are etched non slip so when they get fluid on they don't turn to ice, also you'll need to make sure they're laid perfectly even on a good quality engineered sub base/ grout - otherwise the point load from trolley jacks etc and even truning the wheel when static *could* start to weaken them
KipVR 1 Posted June 28, 2009 2nd for the thermoplastic. Nicer to kneel on and warmer in the winter. :D
