how do i remove track rods?

hey as the title says. recently removed subframe and feel its best to do everything i can whilst it is off. :)

With a 32mm thin spanner - best to fit new boots at the same time.

 

You need to allign the rack so you can get the spanner in between the wishbone and subframe.

there's a hex or flats on the inner track rod joint
