Inpro (led) rear light clusters?

Hi.all.Was thinking of trying these out. Has anyone got them or thrown them out coz there rubbish? Are they worth the extra money? do they need resistors or are they built in? can the led's be replaced if they go? Do you have to do the whole re-wiring thing for the bulb holder? Thanks for any info. Vince.
