Pedal Box Design help required please

Hi Guys,

Im currently designing a pedal box for a space framed single seater ( not my C!!) and was wondering if any of you have undertaken anything like this in the past and can offer any advice?

the clutch is hand operated so it only needs 2 pedals but it needs to be compact, movable to accommodate different driver heights but most importantly stiff and light!

any ideas or know what i can read to get some headway on this?
