vwdeviant 0 Posted October 18, 2009 You'll need to remove the cards to get the speakers out as the pockets have to come off... 5 minute job though... couple screws on the edges, 2 in the handle (look at the bottom for a slot to put a big flat blade in to seperate the 2 halves), couple screws in teh door pods themslves, then remove the trim round the interior handle, the "mirror" trim (triangle bit - pulls off) and unscrew the door pin at the top.. card will then just pull out (work from bottom front corner) be careful when pulling from the window trim at the top as these are hard to get hold of!... Refitting, (as Haynes says) is the reverse of removal... helps to have a hand just to line everythiung up... and use some cotton wrapped round the door pin to help line it back into the hole in the card...
