carter711 0 Posted November 5, 2009 I'm actually in a position to properly lower my car(!) and have decided that the best I can do with my budget is Buy Weitec Hicon GTs after realising that APs are £360 after VAT. I've got a copy of PVW infront on me with a KW advert that has Hicon GTs advertised at £390.39 inc.VAT but the website says nothing of it. Does anyone know where this deal is available please?
