electric Wing Mirrors not working (both)..fuse issue?

just wondering if anyone has had similier issue. both wing mirrors not responding when using in-car buttons. They're set at a bad angle for me (new owner of very special C - full story later) and wondering if it's a simple fuse issue seeing as both are not working?

Also, slightly diff issue - and potentialy bigger - the gear stick is vibrating a bit, especially when in 5th and when the car is coming down from high'ish revs. Clutch problem? Or, please, please, please, just a loose gear stick?

the mirror switches often corrode and just need taking apart and cleaning. not done mine yet though as apparently there are lots of tiny bits that can fly all over the place when you take them apart!
