Novastrike 0 Posted December 6, 2009 Hi Dom, Can you explain the issue in a little more detail? Is it an early or late? When you say the switch is only working on settings 1 and 4, is it stupidly weak on 1 or is it working as expected? Does any air come out at all on 2/3 or is it the same as setting 1? I had a fan that only worked on setting 4 which only required a new resistor pack (£20) and a thermal fuse (0.49p). If the worst comes to the worst, you can get a blower for about 30-40 quid from here and a new heating controls for about the same. Take the blower out (instructions are in the wiki under thermal fuse replacement) and have a look at the green pack and see if its all covered in black soot you might need to replace it :) Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
