ABF Conversion

right, the engine is in, every thing attached, all fuilds in there but when i turn the key the starter engages to the flywheel but it dosnt turn.

 

I have 1 loose wire. Its a blue and white 1. My mechanic mate thinks its the flywheel position sensor.

did you do a cam belt? Will the engine turn by hand?the crank sensor won't stop the engine turning it will stop the coil getting a feed for a spark..

Think he may have sorted it now mate, its been 2 years!

 

haha i googled corrado abf conversion, replied to this and realised then how long ago it was. i didn't think anyone else would look...cheers

lol i sold the car a few weeks ago, damn im gonna miss her!!

I still cant help loitering on the forum tho even tho i have gone to the dark side

 

I wonder if the new owner is on here :/

Hi pete, its diz and yeah i joined up not so long ago. The rado is all good but havent had time to service or fix any bits yet.
