TONYVR6 0 Posted January 30, 2010 my corrado speedo has decided to stop completely?!? plus my heat gauge has stopped working? i have noticed when im stationary the speedo comes to life flicking round then stopping, and if i turn my steering wheel left to right quick'ish it flicks about again, earth problem? chaffed cable?? really strange, need to get this sorted as you all know these motors are very livley and cant be driven without a speedo! lol :gag: :ignore: Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
mimjed 0 Posted January 30, 2010 could be a few things but does sound like wiring. if you look at the top of the gearbox you will see a plug with three cables in it. take it off and put it back on. see if it makes any difference. if not they are the cables your chasing to find a fault. TONYVR6 0 Posted January 30, 2010 yea i have changed the switch ontop of the gearbox, it must be the wires that are catching in that sharp metal behind the clocks and the colloum. great! lol and the heat gauge, should i just get all three of the sensors changed on the front of the engine??
