Topaz2008 0 Posted January 30, 2010 I have a leak coming from where the black plastic sensor housing joins the head :( . I removed this and the O ring seal is flat so I purchased a new one form VW this morning and replaced it :D . The problem is I still have a leak from this flange under pressure :censored: . Supercharged 2 Posted January 30, 2010 The plastic flanges warp with age so the O ring is not enough - really best to replace the lot - bolts, sensors, clips etc No sealant needed unless the face of the cylinder head is badly corroded. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
