craigdavid11 0 Posted February 24, 2010 Hi new here, ive been a proud owner of a 2.0 16v (20vt coversion) for just over a week now and loving it. Anyway by the 3rd day of ownership the passenger side door wouldnt open, the car has a clifford set up and both door pins go up as expected but both exterior and interior door handles dont work. ive tried using the key in the lock and that doesnt work either! revilo 0 Posted February 25, 2010 I had a similar problem on my old mk2. One of the previous owners have bodged all the wires that make the door handles work and theyd snapped. not saying its the same thing though! colinstubbs 0 Posted February 25, 2010 Could just be the locking mech is sticky, lashings of WD40 or similar and some excercising may help.
