Hi all just thought id introduce myself and get a few tips while im at it!

 

My names Craig 23 for just outside edinburgh, I currently have a BMW 328i Sport but due to a change of job and missus learning to drive its no longer practical to keep (its on piston heads is anyone is interested in seeing it and just in case anyone fancys a px/swap) http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/1623687.htm

 

So after much thought i have decided on a corrado 1.8, always loved these cars but i dont know alot about them

 

Could anyone tell me what the common weak polnts of the car are, what years are the best to go for ect ect and what are they like to live with on a daily basis?

Keep an eye out on this forum for cars coming up for sale - at least then the car is 'known' and you can see what the owner has done/not done to it, and what problems he might have had with it.

 

Other than that, just try get as low a mileage as possible, check serviceing, and bodywork.
