Slobbo 0 Posted April 20, 2010 Hi guys. I have a 2.9 VR6 in my Transporter van and VAGCOM is reporting that the EGR valve is missing. Why? As far as I am aware the EGR valve was only fitted to the US spec cars. The Euro versions have the connector without terminals and a straight through pipe. Does VAG-COM report this for your Corrados? My other question is to do with the position of the MAF. I can't use the standard intake rubber inlet because of clearance issues so now the MAF is 2.5 times the further away from the inlet. Will this make a difference? Third question is that the engine is hunting when cold at idle. It stops when the engine warms up. What should I be looking for to try and solve this? I have VAGCOM and the pucka RossTech cable so can check whatever measuring block I need to. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
