Removing Rear Wiper

Not sure if this has already been covered. I had a quick check in the search engine and it didn't seem to bring anything up relevant.

 

I have purchased a few rubber gromits from Halfords to cover up the hole but when i properly started to dig in and get to work remove the wiper motor i came across this ( completely crossed my mind about the spoiler mechanism)

Which parts do i need to take apart first? I would rather not take the whole spoiler system apart because i don't want to risk breaking it.

 

Any help would be much appreciated.
