Hi, peeps just ringing round for insurance now for the c and getting stupid quotes!! Just wondering what everyone else is paying? Details as follows:

Vw corrado 9a 16v 92 jreg

Drivers: me, 27, 10 years no claims no bumps or accidents, one sp30 from 06

girlfriend 27, no bumps clean licence

I'm getting quotes of £500+ fully comp F*cking ouch! :censored:

I was just wondering what everyone else was paying?

Any help with this would be greatful(i.e who do you use etc..), because at the mo i might be selling it! And don't want to at all.

I'd give elephant a try, I'm 26 and my missus is 23, we both have no points and have never made a claim. I pay £350 for my G60 turbo, with all mods declared.

And we only pay £305 for our A4 Avant.

Is the car modified at all? If it's unmodified try a quote with Axa insurance.. I had a spectacularly good deal for them for insurance on my old daily but when I dropped that and got the VR, they wouldn't touch me because of modifications :(
