I used the Thermotec wrap and silicone spray. Heat wrap generally isnt cheap :(

Just for reference as to how much to buy. I got 2 x 50ft 2" wide wrap. Although 1 50ft pack was enough to do the whole manifold, which also allowed for off cuts too.

Oh and i didnt bother with the metal cable tie things as they're rather expensive :cuckoo: Instead i used a real of copper wire and wrapped it round parts of the manifold.

 

Is yours off the car or currently fitted?
