Front bumper help/part? needed urgently!!!

Hi,

 

I've got a '89 Corrado 16v that came with front end damage and a bodged on Rieger bumper.

 

The Rieger copy was dire and had cracked in 3 zillion places but I got a better one from Ebay.

 

My problem is mounting it. I've had a look and both bumper hangers are in/on the car inside the chassis legs. Being a Corrado novice I am not sure how the bumper fits this but there are 2 tabs for bolts on the hangers that look like they attach to a crossmember.

 

I have the piece with the foglights/spots in and of course the outer skin but between that and the bumper mounts I am guessing there should be a metal crossmember?

 

Can anyone help/supply one as I am eager to put the car back together and it's beginning to do my nut! :?
