No Remote central locking and antena problem

Two problems;

1. I have no reaction from my keyfob (original VAG scorpian), led bleeps on fob on both buttons, central locking for the whole car works with the key via either door.

2. I have poor radio reception and often have trouble finding radio stations..

 

Can anyone help me out?

Just to add this isnt a new problem the remote central locking has never worked in the few months i've had the car. :shrug:
