Drivin along pushed the electric window button it went all the way down,made a crunching noise then came straight back up on it own. now it wont move and has dropped down a bit now. Any ideas? krnau 0 Posted May 26, 2010 I think it's time for doorcard removal. It's only a 5minutes job and so you will be able to have a look at the window mechanism. I suggest you using a screwdriver in order to keep the glass all the way up until you sort a second hand or politecnica window regulator: but place the screwdriver on the inner part of the door so it can't be seen from outside, and also disconnect the window motor plug :). put the card back in and job done until you get another window regulator or whatever Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
