Abdul 0 Posted July 4, 2010 Hi guys, had my 9s on all round on my valver for about 6 months now and i just noticed that the front passenger side wheel pokes about 10mm more than the drivers side.. its only on the front and the wheels are et15 all round... No im dead serious, whats there to kid about? Ive done it before when the offsets are too low, had 4mm machined off the back of some oldschool rial wheels to decrease the poke a bit. Yeah but the wheels are all the same offset and the wings are the same so unless my front axle has decided to move :lol: i cant think of what else might cause the problem. That must be what it is... but i had the rado laser aligned a few months ago... thats another £80 :( The wings are the same because they look the same lol. Early wings have far smaller arches. quicky1980 0 Posted July 4, 2010 my camber was checked recently and was told they are fine :shrug: We have broken corrados :cry: It does appear so :lol: but who hasnt I may not have the same issue as you but, I looked at both arches and both appear to be late spec, all bushes are new and subframe looks ok (just need to confirm), top mounts seem tight so Im out of ideas. Dont go changing et of the wheels this will screw up the handling, having one side tucked in more than the other isnt a biggy just annoying. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Sorry that read harsh but I didn't mean it to be. You need to fix the problem though Abdul, not the symptom. You ned to find where the 10mm comes from. I would start with the wishbones, the bushes may be fine on each one, but if one is bent upwards it' could still ride right, especially if it's been set up since it's been bent. Measure from the inner wishbone mounts to the outer ball joint on each one. Then measure from the inner wing to the outer wing to make sure they are the same. Check the bolts onto the subframe too. daleyboy 0 Posted July 4, 2010 I thought (maybe wrongly) that there was a bit of in/out adjustment, its been a long time since i did mine so cant clearly remember.............im going for a sit on the stupid step...................i just remember the three bolts and getting the bolts in the middle of the elongated holes hence the adjustment, i didnt mean actual movement in the bbj.............. :wave: Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
