simo79 0 Posted August 9, 2010 hi guys i was wondering if someone vould help shed some light on my problems. Replaced the front off side abs sensor off ebay. the guy claims its a genuine vw siemens part. ebay item number:110534958363 i installed it and at speed the abs works fine, its only when i am slowing down and doing say five miles and hour the abs pump kicks in, sometimes slightly sometimesmore. Supercharged 2 Posted August 9, 2010 Yeah had this before after fitting a new genuine sensor but different make to the original - fixed mine by doing the other side. I would go for the cheap option of just replacing the other sensor now from the same seller - that way you know both are done If it's not that then it could be the pedal sensor or water in the ABS ECU.
