stretch. 0 Posted August 12, 2010 Right, well my '90 1.8 16v has had a little bit of a leak recently, Thanks to a dusty road I've pinpointed it down to the top radiator hose (the overflow?) had sprung a leak, temp replaced this with some fuel line (not ideal but I had a fair leg of a journey to complete). Once again it's leaking at the rad end. Now I read somewhere on here that the black capped expansion bottles should have been replaced due to overflow issues? Mine still has it's original, so I'll be looking at changing that as soon as I can just in case, but could this be the culprit that potentially caused the leak? Anyways, I've digressed enough and my main question is, what is the proper diameter I need for that hose? I'm gonna track down a decent hose samco or otherwise for it this time see if that does me any better! Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
