Rear quarter rust repair - new panel?

Mine is looking pretty bad. Can anyone tell me where I could get a new panel from please?

 

I guess its either that or I get someone to cut it out of a car that is being broken for spares.

Nobody done this before? Is mine the only car thats rusty on the rear quarter then?.....

yes, people do cut sections out of other panels, only place you'd get a new one is vw if you have a blank cheque
