simo79 0 Posted August 17, 2010 hi guys done the lupo wiper conversion ( aberdeen vw fleeced me the arse of £90 for the arms and blades) and the drivers wiper works fine, but on the passenger the wiper doesnt run clean over the wipe area. It leaves a section on the middle un wiped at the middle section of the balde. Was wondering if anyone else experience this and if its easy enough to cure. Once again i bow to your wisdom :notworthy: si
g60jaime 10 Posted August 18, 2010 I had this when I did mine. The middle of the blade had no contact with the screen mid-screen/wipe. I simply swapped the arms over to check consistency between their sweeps and it cured it. (Drivers to passenger side and vice-versa). P.S. did you buy two drivers side arms, otherwise passenger side Lupo arm will foul your bonnet when you lift it to wash the car etc...?
G60BUNGLE 0 Posted August 18, 2010 I had this problem i just "adjusted" the passenger one by bending it a touch sorted it straight away
krnau 0 Posted August 18, 2010 I had the same too, so I bended both arms a little as well as blades. not that great mod as I thought it would be though..
