Will a "LHD" exhaust manifold fit a RHD car ?

Hey all,

 

This might seem like a silly questions but will a "LHD" manifold fit a RHD car ? What are the actual differences between the manifolds ?

Depends what car its on. The difference normally is to allow clearance for the steering rack.

 

9a's have different part numbers for lhd/rhd i think.

It's a 1991 MK2 Golf G60 manifold and will be going onto a 1992 Corrado G60 :confused4:

4-branch stainless, but then you knew that already..... :wink:

The answer is yes it will, but very close to steering gaitor. May cause probs further down the line.

From the information I have, these manifolds run very close to the steering rack gaitor anyways be it "LHD" or RHD, so can't see it being much of an issue hopefully.
