mattwelcer 0 Posted August 24, 2010 Whats the best way to do this, i don't have access to a lift and getting under the car is a pain as i currently have no axle stands :( Is it possible to remove it directly at the cylinder head or are some the bolts not accessible? Therefore the only way to do it is from underneath? Any tips and experience doing this would be greatly appreciated. The reason i want to do it is so i can get my cylinder head refurbished. tandino 0 Posted August 24, 2010 Hi Matt 8) :lol: Its a bit of a case of doing a bit above and a bit below, the studs facing the firewall can be done from above, the ones between the head and the manifold really need to be done underneath or at least some of them.
