Industrial Units Around Oxfordshire?

Hi does anyone know of any industrial units in and around oxfordshire that are available? I've looked online and asked about with no luck, i have a contingency plan if i can't find one but would appreciate any help :)

 

I'm after one suitable for 2 possibly 3 cars to be worked on and possibly sprayed.

Thats a good hour from me :( Would hopefully be working 3 days a week on her as well so would cost me a bucket load of petrol, thanks for the suggestion though wendy!! :)
