Obd2 engine on obd1 management?

Can it be done? If i swaped the obd2 manifolds for corrado ones tbody too of course, would it work? Or is there major differences between the 2?

I don't think so as I'm pretty sure the throttle body is electrically controlled on OBD2.

You should be able to pick up an OBD1 mani on here for not very much at all.

There's no difference in the actual engine. It's just the manifold, throttle body and some sensors. If your car has a distributor, then just swap the upper chain cover for the one with the hole for the dizzy and off you go.

No i meant swaping all the parts of my corrados coilPack engine and putting them on a fresh obd2 lump and running that.
