Proclip Air vent question...

I want to fit a Brodit Proclip iPhone mount in the C, a late spec VR6. The only clip I can find is to fit an early spec VR6 via the glove box.

 

Does the late spec interior share its centre console air vents with any other model? Passats, Vento's, that sort of thing?

 

Or has anyone come across a Proclip that does fit??

I've got the Glove box clip in my early valver I'll get some pics it's not a perfect fit but then it fits passats as well :?

That's the thing - it won't fit a late dash at all. I expect I could modify the clip by heating it up and bending it to the right shape but I was wondering if the air vents in a late Corrado are shared with another model so I can buy an off-the-shelf clip instead?

i install carkits and use dash mount for most vehicles.

the brackets are metal not plastic like brodit.

ive not had to install a kit in a corrado before but would go for this one.

let me know if any one wants them can get trade prices :D

That's exactly what I was after! I'll take one for definite. Let me know if you can get them at trade & how much you want to post it.

 

Once it's installed I'll get some pics up-I'm hoping it's going to look fairly OEM without ruining the dash!
