Furno 0 Posted February 4, 2011 I've just fitted some Supersport front suspension which I bought second hand last year to my Corrado VR6. When I road tested them I realised that the retaining cup wasn't big enough (I used the standard one I took off the old standard VW set up) for the top of the Supersport springs. They all fitted fine when I was assembling them, but as soon as I turned a corner the spring came over the top of the retaining cup - not good. Are there any bigger cups (ooh err missus) that can be used, or have I got the wrong springs? They are slightly wider (the final coil) than the standard springs at the top. Cheers.
