Big'G' 0 Posted March 8, 2011 As the title says; (mine as I'm sure some others have) disconnected from the wipers, happened today in the ****in rain, typical of coarse, so my question is all about how to repair it?? Jim 2 Posted March 8, 2011 The wiper arms are splined.. you push them onto the mount, then tighten a bolt to hold them in place and then stick on a plastic cap to cover it. Check that the splines haven't worn away on the wiper arm itself... not uncommon (happened to me on the rear wiper) - only solution would be to buy a new wiper arm.
