Typhy 0 Posted March 11, 2011 How easy is it to fit a G60 engine into a mk1 golf?? is itliterally just a case of swapping the engine over and most things hook up or is major fabrication and wiring needed? i was looking to buy one already done but needed "tidying up" but cant see any for sale. thanks Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Purple Tom 0 Posted March 11, 2011 Think there's a lot of engine mount fabrication needed and the wiring isn't the same at all, lots of work required.
