Removing the dash

Im in the process of removing the dash but having problems. Ive been told its just 6 bolts. Ive got the 2 in the side and the 2 in the bulk head but any ideas where the other 2 are??

Do a search mate, there are threads with pics on it indicating where the mounting points are. :D

There is another one in he centre behind the cubby.

Once you take the centre section of the dash out there is a metal bracket behind it.

The dash bolts to that you need to undo the 10mm nut on the back of the bracket.

Don`t know about the other one I thought there was only 5.

I`m in the process of removing mine so will let you know tomorrow if I find another.

Ive done a search, even looked on the wiki submission for heater matrix and its not there.

 

Will take a look for the one you mentioned behind the centre bit, cheers :)

No worries.

 

Just using the basic search, enter "dash removal" - took about 30 seconds to find that thread.

 

Advanced search is even better to whittle your search down into specific forums and look for certain phrases etc.

 

Don't thank me though, thank the guys that spent their time writing the 'how to' :)
