Rear speaker removal help

Afternoon chaps I've decided to replace the Nokia's in the car with something a little more modern but I can't see how the heck to get the old units out.

 

I don't want to break the grilles but can only see one screw into the plastic pod.

 

Do I go in from the top or from the bottom? Please help..............?????????????????

remove this screw then push whole speaker up, should lift up with the masking grille together as a one piece then undo 4 screw on plastic pins and job done.

Thanks worked a treat. car now has a totally new setup and a shed load of dynamat! Door shut thuds are now like an s class :)
