eurospec 10 Posted June 26, 2011 I got a 1.8 16v the otherday and there are a few electrical issues. First off there is a single wire by the airbox which has a spade connector on the end, I took a look at a friends 16v and there should be a sensor bolted to the rocker cover in the left hand corner (on the inlet side), what is this sensor and does anyone know the part number for it? Think it might be an ambient air temperature sensor or something? Next there is a plug on the throttlebody which has nothing plugged into it. After some digging around I found the wiring for it, but no plug on the end of the wiring. I got a plug off my friend but need to know which order the wires go in? There is a blue one, a black one and a black/yellow one, the plug my friend gave me has a black one, a yellow one and a brown one (iirc), which connect to which? Cheers guys!
