Brake upgrade for 16v question

Before someone suggest a search, i have with little results!

 

After putting the 20vt in i need bigger brakes before its safe to give it some. i no 280s and callipers from a g60 are simple but would preffer some 4 pots.

any advice from anyone ie:

-which callipers?

-what size discs 288, 312 etc?

-how to fit (Spacers, brackets etc)?

-change to vr running gear?

-what size wheels for clearance?

 

what i was thinking is vr running gear, 312 discs, boxter rear callipers (think these need bracket?), and some 17s mo5 or supperlegeras for clearance.

 

or would g60 settup with good set of pads suffice?

I have a set of 305mm APs under 15x8 comp MOs if that helps your clearance decisions.
