VR^ master and slave cylinders

Recommended Posts

Can anyone out there give me advice on how difficult it is to replace both the master and slave cylinders on the clutch unit of a VR6 :?:

Not hard just fiddly, mine was a pain in the ass, more faffy than anything, then had an odd time trying to bleed the thing, the pedal was stuck down to the floor but iff you lifted it up it sprung to the top  I thought 'what the hell's going on?'

This made it nigh on impossible to bleed, very frustrating, and it's a mare getting the reservoir off, be carefull with the fluid 'cos it'll slatter all over unless you're very careful & strong.

Hope you have an easier time than I.

Chris
