LukeManic 0 Posted July 24, 2011 Hi all, Had a very bad afternoon today of fitting new front brake lines, it seems the ABS pump just doesn't appear to thread the union of the brake line. I bought original VW lines and unions, so wrong fitment isn't an issue - I also tried re-fitting the old line and this didnt seem to go back on either. Has anyone experienced this?? LukeManic 0 Posted July 25, 2011 The ABS pumps thread was cross-threaded, looked at the old union and it was knackered! Word of advice for people who don't know - but you can unscrew the ABS connections and replace with new ones if you experience this! Life saver. Cheers, Luke.
