Portent 0 Posted August 3, 2011 emu does this too. I recently bought one from him. It's very nicely done indeed. I'd say around 95% like new. He cleans and prepares them and and then re-dyes them. What he doesn't do is fill in any marks or scratches before repainting which would obviously take more time and push up the price. There is a very minor one on mine but the rest of the wheel looks great and I'm happy with it. Obviously if you're after it being re-trimmed then that's a different matter.
